Cancellation policy

Please note that as a small business, that no shows, late arrivals, last minute cancellations means a loss of income. Please ensure that the appointment you make is suitable and that you reschedule or cancel a minimum of 72 hours before your appointment. Please take into account travel time and parking to avoid being late for your appointment.

• Deposit: Your deposit is refundable up to 72 hours before your appointment, thereafter it can only be redeemed against the cost of a rescheduled /new appointment.

• Same day cancellations or no-shows: In order to reschedule you will need to pay 50% of the treatment cost before the next appointment, this will be used as a non-refundable fee. This fee can be redeemed against the cost of your next rescheduled appointment, however if you cancel your next appointment this will become a cancellation fee and will no longer be redeemable.

• Late Arrivals: Any client more than 20 minutes late to their appointment, will be required to re-book a new appointment. You will need to pay 50% of the treatment cost before the next appointment; this will be used as a non-refundable fee. This fee can be redeemed against the cost of your next rescheduled appointment, however if you cancel your next appointment this will become a cancellation fee and will no longer be redeemable.

Studio Policy

Unfortunately you cannot bring anyone into the treatment room, as this may cause a distraction to either yourself or the technician and can cause impairment to the results of your treatment. However, they may sit in the waiting area.
